SEO Specialist – Remote (Global)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEO Specialist to execute on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO tasks for multiple cannabis‑focused client websites. The role works closely with the SEO Lead to ensure all deliverables are implemented accurately and on schedule. It is an execution‑focused position rather than a strategic one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance across client websites.
• Manage technical SEO health, conduct audits and resolve issues.
• Oversee content publishing processes and perform pre‑launch reviews.
• Coordinate local SEO initiatives and manage online presence, including Google Business Profiles.
• Drive project execution, reporting and timely delivery of all SEO campaigns and operational deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in local, on‑page and technical SEO.
• Detail‑oriented operator who follows processes and ensures thorough review of all work.
• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and provides updates without prompting.
• Highly organized self‑starter able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Hands‑on contributor who enjoys execution, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What we offer

• Salary range: USD 1,800 – 2,200 per month.
