SEO and Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO and Paid Media Specialist to drive organic visibility and paid acquisition for Barloworld on a global scale. You will develop keyword strategies, manage high‑performing ad campaigns, and provide clear performance reporting to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a keyword strategy targeting high‑value search terms.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Produce monthly traffic and conversion reports, highlighting ranking improvements and lead generation.
• Maintain SEO audit logs and implement technical fixes to improve site crawlability.
• Optimise content for AI‑driven search and ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
• Prepare budget and ROI summaries, tracking spend versus performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
• Valid Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
• 2‑4 years of experience in SEO or paid media, preferably for a B2B or industrial brand.
• Proven ability to manage monthly ad budgets and improve search rankings.
• Strong written communication skills and experience creating stakeholder reports.
• Familiarity with creative workflows, SEO tools and CMS platforms.

Required skills

• Data analysis and reporting.
• In‑depth knowledge of Google ranking factors.
• Expert use of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
• Technical writing for ad copy and SEO documentation.
• Basic web knowledge (HTML, CMS).
