Senior Technical Lead – Smart Home & AV Solutions

About the role

Digital Works Global is seeking a senior‑level professional to lead the design, installation, programming and commissioning of smart‑home, automation, AV, networking and security projects. This hands‑on role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring every solution meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery from site survey through client handover and ongoing support.
• Program and configure smart‑home platforms, AV equipment, networking infrastructure and security systems.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing technical guidance and training.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting and commissioning to guarantee flawless operation.
• Maintain detailed documentation, as‑built drawings and client reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior technical roles within smart‑home, AV or security integration.
• Strong leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
