Senior Technical Consultant – Microsoft 365 & SharePoint

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead the resolution of complex issues on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online for our global SaaS customers. You will act as the go‑to expert, influencing product improvements while delivering exceptional support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve high‑priority technical incidents and escalations.
• Provide trusted technical advice and best‑practice recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to investigate challenging problems.
• Maintain high‑quality ticket management and service delivery.
• Identify recurring issues, root causes and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain trust during critical incidents.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments and related document/template issues.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
• Contribute to documentation, processes and participate in after‑hours support rotation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in SaaS support or technical consulting.
• Proven track record handling complex escalations and high‑priority incidents.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• At least 3 years hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Experience working in cloud‑based environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior staff.
