Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing talent network that connects fractional executives with tech startups and SMBs across the United States. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing, screening and matching for our clients while working remotely from South Africa on EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own talent sourcing for assigned roles and run sourcing strategies using our internal database and LinkedIn.
• Screen inbound applicants and manage high‑volume application pipelines with strong accuracy.
• Communicate with candidates and clients via email, ensuring clear and timely updates.
• Match top candidates to each client’s unique needs.
• Support broader operational tasks as the company scales.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑time recruiting experience (excluding internships or school projects).
• Proven track record recruiting for US‑based tech startups and sourcing US talent.
• Experience handling high‑volume application screening with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to source across a wide range of role types, not limited to a single function.
• Based in South Africa and able to work EST hours.
