Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager – Remote (CET Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, client‑focused Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager to lead delivery of multiple Shopify and eCommerce engagements. This freelance, fully remote role works on CET business hours and requires strong stakeholder communication and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify, CRO, SEO, and support projects, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Oversee Asana boards, risk logs, change requests, and ensure projects stay within scope.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing proactive updates via Loom, email, and meetings.
• Lead recurring review calls, roadmap discussions, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Facilitate weekly delivery meetings, allocate tasks, conduct QA reviews, and mentor junior team members.
• Improve SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation, supporting continuous improvement.
• Assist with quoting, scoping, and proposal preparation while monitoring profitability.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in project management, account management, or digital agency operations.
• Strong background in Shopify or eCommerce environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Asana or similar project‑management tools.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
