Senior SAP ICM Functional Consultant

About the role

Join Eqplus Technologies as a Senior SAP ICM Functional Consultant and help drive the design, implementation, and support of a large‑scale commission and incentive management platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to ensure accurate remuneration calculations and seamless system integration.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design functional solutions for SAP Incentive & Commission Management (ICM).
• Configure SAP ICM, including remuneration type and settlement type determination.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Review and debug ABAP code related to commission calculations.
• Manage integrations using IDocs, RFC, OData, and Web Services.
• Conduct functional testing and support Agile delivery cycles.

Required profile

• 8+ years of SAP ICM functional consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in remuneration and settlement type configuration.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Proven track record working in Agile teams and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Relevant IT or Information Systems qualification.
