About the role
Assupol Life is recruiting three Senior Sales Development Consultants in the Lephalale, Polokwane and Tzaneen areas. The main purpose is to sell policies, recruit, develop and train representatives to achieve set targets, with the aim of developing each consultant into a Sales Manager when vacancies arise.
Key responsibilities
- Sell policies and recruit new representatives
- Develop and train representatives to meet targets
- Complete the 1-year programme courses covering commissions and finance, compliance, reports, COB long-term and investments, CPD, supervision (FSP 4.1), onboarding, MS Office, digital training and sales performance management
- Be developed into a Sales Manager when vacancies are available
Required profile
- Matric and a relevant full qualification as per the FSCA Board Notice
- Registered as an Employee Representative (FSCA)
- Regulatory Examination Level 1: Representatives (RE5) and Key Individuals (RE1)
- Updated CPD points
- 2 years' experience in the insurance industry
- Experience in Category A, B1, B2, C and retail benefits
- Fit and proper representative for Tier 1 and Tier 2 products
