About the role
A well‑established restaurant in Linksfield is looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Control stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest issues.
Required profile
- Minimum four years of restaurant management experience.
