Senior Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing international recruitment and Employer of Record business. Working remotely from South Africa on UK business hours, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment assignments for UK and US clients, delivering high‑quality candidates and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to successful placement.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients, acting as their recruitment partner.
• Source, screen and interview high‑quality candidates across multiple industries.
• Run candidate attraction campaigns and proactively headhunt passive talent using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and records in the company CRM.
• Provide consultative advice on market conditions, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, manage the offer process and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate closely with the UK sales team to ensure seamless client service.
• Achieve and exceed individual placement and revenue targets.
