Senior Recruitment & Compliance Consultant

About the role

Join an award‑winning social care provider and recruitment specialist as a Senior Recruitment & Compliance Consultant. You will work from our Cape Town office while supporting UK‑based social care clients, aligning candidate onboarding with strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review CVs and match candidates to vacancy requirements.
• Contact, interview, and register suitable candidates.
• Guide candidates through the full onboarding and compliance pipeline.
• Collect and chase PVGs, references, and other statutory documentation.
• Schedule required training and prepare candidates for final compliance approval.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CV screening, talent sourcing, and candidate interviewing.
• Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end onboarding and registration processes.
• Demonstrated ability to obtain compliance documentation such as PVGs and background checks.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Availability to work UK business hours (08:00‑17:00 UK time) from the Cape Town office.
