Senior Recruiter

About the role

RXO is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for its Last Mile and Freight Forwarding teams. You will partner with senior business leaders to attract, engage, and secure top talent in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for 20–40 openings across operations, field, and professional roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Conduct regular business partner meetings, providing market insights, talent trends, and recruiting updates to senior leadership.
• Manage the offer process, including compensation recommendations, offer delivery, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional teams to resolve complex hiring challenges.
• Maintain requisition data integrity and best practices within the ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience.
• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume/light‑industrial recruiting.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience in operations or field‑based environments is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply‑chain recruiting, especially Last Mile or Freight Forwarding.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders with confidence and professionalism.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn.
• Advanced sourcing using Indeed.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

What we offer

• Competitive salary range $85,000–$97,000 per year.
• Potential bonus or commission eligibility.
