Senior Projects Coordinator

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Projects Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams delivering both simple and complex technology services projects. In this role you will ensure projects are executed according to the agreed solution, quality standards, and client expectations while supporting less‑experienced coordinators.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and document project meetings, including minute‑taking and room bookings.
• Track project budgets, expenditures and reconcile invoices with purchase orders.
• Maintain weekly active project lists and resource utilisation reports for stakeholders.
• Assist with project planning, calendar management and resource allocation.
• Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, closure checklists and archives.
• Provide occasional team‑lead duties and support junior project administrators.
