Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of large, multidisciplinary infrastructure and built‑environment projects for GIBB and its clients. Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent will be accountable for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects from initiation through close‑out, establishing delivery strategies, execution plans and governance structures.
• Develop and maintain integrated project execution plans, schedules and controls, monitoring scope, budget and resources.
• Manage change control processes, report performance, forecasts and key risks to clients and GIBB management.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, cash‑flow and financial performance, including invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating meetings, workshops and communications.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Ability to manage commercial risks and identify opportunities.
• Solid understanding of project controls, financial management and change processes.
