Senior Project Manager

About the role

Join DigiOutsource, a leading digital gaming solutions provider, as a Senior Project Manager. You will drive the delivery of high‑impact projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project charters, roadmaps, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Track financial performance, forecast costs, and report variances.
• Coach and mentor teams in Agile best practices and act as a servant leader.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, build consensus, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Analyse project performance data to drive continuous improvement and support organisational Agile transformation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience budgeting and forecasting project costs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration and removing blockers.
