Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a large‑scale, complex initiative that spans multiple business and technology functions. The role will shape the project’s governance, delivery framework, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the overall project structure, including governance forums, roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops with stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain a consolidated project plan with clear milestones for each workstream.
• Track progress across all teams and provide consolidated reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across business and technical teams.
• Oversee contracting and engagement with external service providers or vendors as required.
• Ensure alignment across business, technology, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
• Provide regular communication and updates to senior leadership on progress and blockers.

Required profile

• Proven experience influencing C‑suite and senior executive stakeholders (CFOs, COOs, Board level).
• Ability to translate complex technical and delivery challenges into clear executive narratives.
• Comfortable challenging and aligning executives with gravitas and diplomacy.
• Experience running programme steering committees and governance forums at executive level.
• Strong command of integrated programme planning and managing inter‑dependencies across multiple workstreams, squads, vendors, and functions.
• Expertise in building master delivery roadmaps spanning 12–24+ months.
• Skilled in RAID management, critical path analysis, and scenario planning under uncertainty.
• Demonstrated ability to create structure and governance in ambiguous, siloed environments.
