Senior Project Manager (Concentrator)

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of large‑scale concentrator and mineral processing plant projects. This 12‑month fixed‑term position requires extensive travel to the project site in Zimbabwe and oversight of all project phases from design through commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver large concentrator or mineral processing plant projects on time and within budget.
• Manage EPCM contracts and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Oversee construction, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and professional registration requirements.
• Maintain regular travel to the Zimbabwe site and manage international stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, Electrical, Chemical or Mining Engineering.
• Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Professional registration with ECSA or equivalent body is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years of mining project experience, including 5+ years in project management roles.
• Proven experience delivering large concentrator or mineral processing plant projects.
• Extensive EPCM delivery experience and strong construction, commissioning and operational readiness background.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
