Senior Program Manager – Delivery Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager / Delivery Lead to drive large‑scale strategic programs in a complex enterprise environment. The role combines governance, stakeholder management, risk oversight, and delivery leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑stream, strategic initiatives.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and executive dashboards.
• Manage relationships with senior business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.
• Plan, execute, and resolve dependencies and issues across workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and governance forums.
• Monitor program health, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery performance.
• Align business objectives with technology initiatives and delivery outcomes.
• Lead geographically distributed, cross‑functional teams in Agile and hybrid environments.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, or PMO leadership.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale digital transformation or enterprise technology programs.
• Experience working with senior executives and C‑level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with managing multiple workstreams and complex dependencies.
