Senior Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As a Senior Procurement & Logistics Coordinator you will ensure the successful delivery of renewable energy projects across Africa. You will manage end‑to‑end procurement, logistics and contract administration, supporting projects from structuring through execution while maintaining compliance with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and logistics activities throughout project structuring and execution, ensuring adherence to company processes.
• Lead RFP processes, evaluate suppliers, make commercial recommendations and prepare procurement documentation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate supply‑chain and logistics risks; maintain project shipping registers and support project controls.
• Support supplier and contractor negotiations and manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor procurement packages, budgets, contract deliverables and project milestones to ensure timely execution.
• Manage supplier performance, warranty claims, spare‑parts procurement, contract variations and related documentation.
• Drive procurement compliance, governance, audits and document‑management activities across project locations.
• Provide project reporting, stakeholder coordination and continuous‑improvement support while upholding ethics and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement and logistics within large‑scale projects, preferably in renewable energy.
• Strong ability to identify and mitigate risks and to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated competence in contract administration, supplier performance management and budget monitoring.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence and compliance.
