About the role

Feltex is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead process excellence initiatives within its automotive component manufacturing operations. The role focuses on optimizing production performance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the development of sustainable manufacturing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Design, implement, and validate process improvements that reduce waste and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into production lines.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report measurable results to senior management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
