Senior Performance Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Designer to create high‑impact static ad creatives for Meta platforms. The role is fully remote and supports U.S.‑based clients, requiring availability during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design static advertising creatives optimized for square and vertical formats for Meta campaigns.
• Produce multiple creative concepts and variations each week while meeting aggressive production timelines.
• Utilize AI‑powered image generation tools to accelerate creative development and refine assets with professional design software.
• Apply advanced compositing, lighting, typography, and finishing techniques to ensure premium visual quality.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across typography, color, logo placement, and layout.
• Execute projects from briefs with minimal supervision, delivering organized files with proper version control.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly and manage multiple deliverables while upholding quality standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience creating performance‑marketing creatives for DTC brands.
• Proven experience designing static ad creatives for Meta platforms.
• Background in fast‑paced creative production environments and campaign‑testing workflows.
• Ability to work remotely from LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe and align with U.S. business hours.
