Senior .Net Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join IQbusiness in Cape Town. The role is hybrid and contract‑based, offering the chance to lead technical delivery of web and mobile products in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, designers and product owners to deliver high‑quality digital solutions.
• Take technical ownership of complex projects, driving solution design workshops and white‑boarding sessions.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies, requirement workshops and provide architectural guidance.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Work closely with QA, design and operations teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Implement enhancements, bug fixes and conduct alpha testing to ensure code quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with ASP.NET and C#.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with .NET Core.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns and architectural best practices.
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs.
