Senior Mobile Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to lead the creation of high‑performance mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart. You will work within a fast‑paced, high‑performance team, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver world‑class mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the development of cutting‑edge mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, fostering technical growth.
• Maintain and enhance existing iOS and Android applications.
• Optimize performance, conduct debugging, and ensure releases meet high‑quality standards.
• Implement unit and integration testing to guarantee reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and related technologies.
• Experience building and maintaining apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Knowledge of Bloc/Cubit or similar state‑management frameworks.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and the software development life‑cycle.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
