Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

About the role

Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a senior marketing professional to lead the full marketing portfolio for a client in Woodstock, Cape Town. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, focusing on brand visibility, lead generation and growth within the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all channels.
• Oversee property listings, marketing content and digital advertising.
• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, email campaigns and paid media.
• Ensure brand consistency and high‑quality delivery of all marketing assets.
• Lead internal marketing support staff and coordinate external agencies and consultants.
• Control marketing budgets, report on performance and analyse ROI.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in marketing, preferably within real‑estate or related sectors.
• Commercially minded with a strong track record of driving growth.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
