Senior Manager Software Engineering

Key responsibilities

• Partner with and lead large offshore resources to solve complex business needs.
• Manage performance, hiring, coaching, and resource planning for the team.
• Oversee system and user acceptance testing to ensure quality solutions.
• Develop and enforce technical standards and architectural reviews.
• Define technical strategy and direction across functional areas.
• Write and review detailed specifications for moderately complex system components.
• Encourage diverse ideas to improve products and services.
• Execute all management duties in line with company policies and applicable laws.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in various staffing and resource models.
• Strong proficiency in database technology, design, manipulation, and optimization.
• Experience with project planning and management tools to control progress, budget, and scope.
