About the role
The City of Tshwane is looking for five Senior Licence Officers to manage vehicle registration and licensing across all regions. This role ensures compliance with the National Road Traffic Act and oversees the efficient operation of the National Traffic Information System.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate duties to subordinates
- Conduct audits on work done by subordinates
- Monitor staff work performance
- Monitor the use of face values
- Monitor banking and cash‑op procedures
- Monitor adherence to ethical values
- Monitor absenteeism
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification
- At least two years’ experience in a vehicle registration environment
- Ability to pay attention to detail and strong planning skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Leadership and people‑management capabilities
Required skills
- NaTIS user registration
- Computer literacy
