About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Partner to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs that drive professional growth and align with business objectives. This senior position acts as a subject‑matter expert, collaborating with leaders across the organization to identify skill gaps and create impactful training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic learning and development strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Partner with executive leadership, department heads, and HR to assess training needs and define learning priorities.
• Design, build, and launch curricula, programs, and resources for diverse employee groups.
• Implement metrics and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive data‑informed improvements.
• Advise on innovative learning technologies, tools, and delivery methods to enhance engagement.
• Manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all learning initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
