Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead creative and production projects from brief to delivery. Working remotely, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design and print to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles for mid to high‑complexity initiatives across various disciplines.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver deliverables such as email marketing, website content, and multimedia assets.
• Apply Brandtech+ project management methodology, including scoping, costing, planning and stakeholder communication.
• Set realistic timelines, challenge unrealistic deadlines and ensure projects meet profitability targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, close projects to defined standards and document process enhancements.

• Proven experience managing multiple complex creative or technology projects.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong sense of project profitability.
• Resilient mindset able to handle fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
• Ability to translate vague briefs into clear, actionable project plans.
