About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on boosting online visibility, creating engaging content, and analysing campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email newsletters and marketing copy to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives, including keyword research and content optimisation.
• Collect, analyse, and report on campaign metrics such as open rates, website traffic, and conversions using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify emerging marketing trends.
• Update website elements, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing ability to produce clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required skills

• Excel (or Google Sheets) for data organisation and basic analysis.
• SEO tools and techniques for organic traffic growth.
• Email marketing platforms and best‑practice execution.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted content creation tools.
