Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects for its global client base. Working remotely, you will coordinate with account leads and discipline heads to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and monitor on‑site resources, building strong relationships with discipline leads.
• Predict resource requirements and maximum spend to protect project margins.
• Identify and resolve resource conflicts, escalating to Programme Manager or Group Account Director when necessary.
• Own the skill‑set matrix for staff in the designated area.
• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, communicating milestones, targets, and deadlines regularly.
• Continuously assess and improve working methods and processes.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements are met by all parties.
• Oversee production, quality control, ingest, and output of assets.
• Conduct final QC of deliverables before client hand‑over.
• Gather and store project data efficiently and liaise with account leads to follow best practices.
• Host clear, productive project meetings at each project stage.
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing integrated, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Strong resource planning and margin management capabilities.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisive escalations.
• Experience leading and mentoring project management teams.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of client business objectives and communication goals.
