Senior HR Business Partner (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner works closely with senior business leaders across TransUnion to translate strategic direction into HR actions, identify talent opportunities, and execute plans that support business goals. This remote position may require occasional in‑person attendance for work‑related events.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance organization design and talent strategy for the SA GCC region.
• Coach leadership on workforce planning, talent sourcing, mobility, and development.
• Provide expertise for succession planning, leadership development, and talent movement.
• Develop change‑management programs, communication strategies, and project plans for organizational change.
• Drive organizational effectiveness in acquisitions, integrations, and reorganizations using data‑driven insights.
• Lead change‑management components of high‑visibility projects.
• Design and implement HR best practices in performance management, talent management, learning & development, reward, and employee relations.
• Partner with line management on day‑to‑day HR guidance, training needs, and grievance resolution.

Required profile

• Relevant HR qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of HR consulting experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to address complex issues across disciplines.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and delivering HR solutions in dynamic environments.
