Senior HR Administrator – Transactional Services

About the role

The Senior HR Administrator – Transactional Services will provide essential administrative support to Glencore's Transactional Services Team. This role ensures smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, remuneration and benefits processes while supporting the Centralised Human Resources Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advertising templates aligned with job profiles.
• Upload and manage vacancies on the E‑Recruit system.
• Assist with shortlisting candidates, contacting them and confirming interview schedules.
• Log and update recruitment progress for reporting purposes.
• Provide administrative support for other HR transactional services.
• Support HR projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or currently studying towards one.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Ability to follow rules, regulations and minimise compliance risk.
• Practical problem‑solving skills and composure under pressure.
