Senior Graphic Designer – Lead Creative Projects

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to lead brand building, impactful campaigns, and innovative design projects. You will join a growing creative team and shape visual identities across digital, print, social media, and marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts from idea through final delivery.
• Design across digital, print, social media, branding, campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence on all projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, developers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients and management.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively.
• Mentor and support junior designers within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Art, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and campaign work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience in an agency, marketing, advertising, or creative environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, typography, colour theory, layout, and branding.
