Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the creation of a brand‑new ERP platform. This role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership, allowing you to shape architecture, set standards, and mentor a growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure full‑stack solutions for the ERP system.
• Lead complex feature development, system integrations, and production deployments.
• Define and enforce coding standards, Git branching strategies, and best practices.
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers, fostering technical growth.
• Own production stability, monitoring, and release processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Drive technical improvements, reduce technical debt, and contribute to data modelling and API design.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Proven experience in a senior individual contributor or technical leadership role.
• Background in ERP, accounting, or financial software development.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for architectural excellence.

Required skills

• Java with Spring Boot
• React (including architecture and development)
• PostgreSQL (query tuning, indexing, schema design)
• REST API design, OpenAPI/Swagger, versioning
• Git branching strategy and governance
• Docker and containerised production environments
• Linux administration and scripting
• Automated testing – unit, integration, end‑to‑end
• Kubernetes or similar orchestration (advantageous)
• CI/CD pipeline design and ownership
• React Native or PWA architecture (advantageous)
• Metabase or similar BI/reporting tools (advantageous)
• Redis or other caching technologies (advantageous)
