Intermediate ERP Implementation Support Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Intermediate ERP Implementation Support Consultant to join our innovative team in Kloof. The role centres on delivering end‑to‑end ERP implementations while also providing technical support for underlying infrastructure and hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects, including system configuration, user training, go‑live, and post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements and tailor ERP solutions.
• Configure and maintain ERP software and related hardware such as printers and network devices in a Linux environment.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases, write SQL queries, and perform data migration and system enhancements.
• Plan project timelines, monitor progress, and facilitate workshops (JAD sessions).
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting, optimisation, and stakeholder documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full‑cycle ERP implementation, configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and produce clear documentation.
• Experience with project planning and timeline management.

Required skills

• Linux operating system administration and server maintenance.
• PostgreSQL database management and SQL query writing.
• Printer configuration and troubleshooting.
• Network management, connectivity and port configuration.
• ERP implementation and support.
