Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join a fast‑growing global ecosystem of social discovery products. The role is fully remote and based in South Africa, allowing you to shape high‑scale mobile applications used by millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of mobile features, from design and estimation through development, testing, release and post‑production support.
• Design and maintain scalable, modular Flutter architecture with clean code practices.
• Collaborate with product, backend, QA and architecture teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards and manage technical debt.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, app‑store releases and production monitoring for iOS and Android.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and fluency in Russian.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Proven ability to take technical ownership and influence product decisions.

Required skills

• Flutter, Dart, widget frameworks, state‑management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Mobile UI development, performance optimisation, debugging (Flutter DevTools, Android Studio, Xcode).
• Integration of RESTful APIs and authentication (OAuth2, token‑based).
• Clean architecture, SOLID principles, modular design patterns.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic) and mobile release processes.
• Git workflows and version control.
