Senior Finishing Foreman

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finishing Foreman to join our construction team. The role focuses on overseeing finishing and wet services on large commercial and residential projects in the Cape Town area.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate finishing trades and wet service installations on site.
- Ensure work complies with project specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage daily crew schedules, monitor progress and report to project managers.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and material logs.
- Collaborate with site engineers and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
Required profile
- Matric Certificate.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with extensive work on large commercial and residential buildings.
- Specialisation in finishing and wet services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and communication.
Required skills
- MS Office
