Senior Finance Management Information Analyst

About the role

A client in the Financial Services industry is looking for a full-time, mid-management professional to join its team in Tygerfalls, Bellville, Cape Town. The role supports the HR Operations Manager through analytical reporting, accurate monthly reporting and administrative support. Key responsibilities

• Compile and present HR operational reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and biannual bases
• Analyse HR data, identify errors and trends and provide actionable insights
• Build reports and dashboards on employee and remuneration data
• Manage data intake from multiple sources, including payroll, and verify data quality and integrity
• Drive reporting automation and operational efficiencies
• Support HR audits, investigations and follow-ups, and resolve operational queries with HR stakeholders
• Create and deliver specialised HR and MANCO presentations
• Maintain HR systems, databases, policies, portals and web content, and contribute to HR MIS projects
• Prepare biannual REM files, variable compensation letters and co-own MANCO and remuneration reporting with the HR Operations Manager

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or CIMA designation
• Relevant degree with at least 2 years of post-articles professional experience
• Experience in a financial services environment is advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Practical experience with Power BI
• Database management tools
