Senior Finance Leader – Group Reporting, Governance & Strategy

About the role

Oasis Group Holdings is looking for an experienced senior finance professional to own and drive the Group's reporting, governance and strategic finance agenda. This role combines deep technical accounting expertise with the ability to influence executive decisions and strengthen internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the Group accounting function, ensuring robust governance, controls and operational excellence.
• Oversee financial reporting, IFRS compliance, consolidations and statutory reporting requirements.
• Review and sign off management accounts, consolidated financial statements and reporting packs.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance reporting processes.
• Prepare and present reports for Executive Management, Board and Audit Committee engagements.
• Manage treasury activities, cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and improve finance processes, systems and automation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Provide strategic financial insight to support business decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop finance professionals across the organisation.

Required profile

• Professional finance qualification (CA(SA) preferred).
• Strong experience in financial reporting, IFRS and consolidations.
• Proven track record leading finance/accounting functions or large finance portfolios.
• Exposure to governance, controls and executive‑level reporting.
• Excellent analytical capability and ability to translate financial data into business insights.
• Confidence and maturity to engage with senior stakeholders.
