Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Collinson is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design and delivery of a zero‑downtime, cloud‑native platform. You will work hands‑on every day, shaping automation, observability and reliability across the organisation while embedding AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, ensuring environments are robust, scalable and cost‑effective.
• Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, secure and seamless deployments, improving developer experience and operational efficiency.
• Guarantee platform reliability by maintaining high availability, scalability and observability standards.
• Act as a go‑to reference for DevOps best practices, mentoring team members and driving automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in DevOps, automation and cloud infrastructure.
• Passion for building production‑grade platforms and continuous improvement.
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
