Senior Developer

About the role

Elenjical Solutions, a capital markets and investment banking technology firm, is looking for a hands‑on Senior Developer to lead multiple projects, guide a high‑performing engineering team and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders. You will own the technical direction, ensure delivery quality and balance architecture decisions with pragmatic execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own solution design across several workstreams, establishing architecture patterns, standards and best practices.
• Manage delivery of concurrent initiatives, break down requirements, create sprint plans and mitigate risks.
• Lead and mentor senior and mid‑level engineers, run tech ceremonies and contribute to hiring.
• Engage directly with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions and support pre‑sales scoping.
• Improve engineering governance, CI/CD pipelines, observability and incident response.
• Apply agentic coding techniques using autonomous agents such as Claude and Gemini, optimise token budgets and structure code for AI‑driven workflows.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience delivering complex software solutions in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to switch context quickly, coach engineers and foster an ownership culture.
