Senior Delivery Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end sourcing and shortlisting of hard‑to‑reach technology talent. This is a fully remote, delivery‑focused role with no sales or business‑development responsibilities. You will work independently, manage your own workload and be accountable for producing high‑quality candidate shortlists.

Key responsibilities

• Understand technical job requirements and define the ideal candidate profile.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and market mapping.
• Craft personalized outreach messages and engage passive candidates.
• Screen candidates against technical, commercial and cultural criteria.
• Prepare accurate, well‑written candidate submissions for hiring managers.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Build and sustain pipelines for recurring skill sets.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on progress and market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven track record in technology recruitment or technical sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to fill difficult or niche roles.
• Strong organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple vacancies.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership when searches become challenging.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work autonomously.
