Senior Client Relations Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Client Relations Specialist to join our fast‑growing real‑estate investment team. Working remotely, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners selling their properties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing communication with 50+ homeowners each week, providing clear updates on the status of their home sale.
• Act as the first line of defense for issues or concerns, using problem‑solving skills to de‑escalate situations and offer solutions.
• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to keep transactions on track and resolve any obstacles.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions in the company’s CRM system.
• Adhere to an 8‑hour shift schedule between 9 am and 6:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate, collections, or customer relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume client interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
