Senior Change Manager – Business Banking (On‑site)

About the role

IQbusiness is looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a delivery‑focused change capability team on a contract basis. The role requires on‑site attendance once a week and will operate at the intersection of business change, delivery, and stakeholder enablement within a complex, regulated financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end organisational change management across business banking initiatives, including technology enablement, automation, digitisation, cost optimisation and new product launches.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, simplify complex project information, and govern OCM frameworks to ensure clear communication, training and adoption.
• Apply structured change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, 3P or lean change, adapting them pragmatically to delivery realities.
• Build strong relationships with delivery teams, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate closely with project, technology and business teams to align outcomes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a change manager in complex organisations, preferably within financial services or business banking.
• Proven hands‑on experience delivering organisational change across multiple initiatives and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Practical knowledge of recognised change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, 3P, lean change) and change enablement practices.
• Calm, inclusive communication style with the ability to translate complexity into clear messages.
