Senior Backend Engineer – Crypto Payments

About the role

BVNK is building stablecoin‑native infrastructure to enable instant cross‑border value movement. As a Senior Backend Engineer you will help shape the Crypto Payments Squad, delivering reliable, high‑performance services that let businesses send, receive and manage crypto payments 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product owners to iterate quickly and deliver high‑impact features.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, non‑technical language for stakeholders across the organization.
• Champion simple, effective solutions that meet customer outcomes while maintaining scalability and reliability.
• Design and implement future‑proof, high‑quality code for crypto payment APIs.
• Contribute to engineering culture, standards and best practices to continuously improve team performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer in a comparable role.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑moving, autonomous squads.
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward delivering results.
