Senior Auditor

About the role
Our dynamic firm of registered auditors and accountants is seeking a qualified and motivated Senior Auditor to join our audit team. You will work on a variety of client engagements, providing high‑quality audit services while building strong relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements for corporate and SME clients.
- Plan, execute and review audit procedures in accordance with professional standards.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through regular communication and on‑site visits.
- Travel to client sites as required, using your own vehicle.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
Required profile
- Three‑year accounting degree.
- Completed SAICA articles.
- Minimum two years post‑articles experience in an audit firm.
- Self‑starter, motivated and able to work independently.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel.
Required skills
- Caseware proficiency.
- Pastel accounting software experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
