Senior Administrator

About the role

Old Mutual is hiring a Senior Administrator in Pinelands who responds immediately to administrative requirements in line with SLA parameters, in a processing environment. The role is individually accountable for delivering results through own effort, providing an indirect service to customers and intermediaries.

Key responsibilities

• Follow standardised processes and deliver on daily production and service quality standards
• Handle exceptions processing for Stop Order Premium Collections, RMM/PF and Legacy and OMP products
• Manage control accounts (DD220, YPU, YUP, U9999, misdirected, suspense/dummy balancing, unallocated statement tray)
• Prepare moderately complex documents and gather and summarise data for reports
• Collect data from standard sources, analyse it and produce accurate reports
• Attend to queries and escalations (workflow and emails), refunds and process documentation and testing
• Develop working knowledge of organisational policies, procedures and regulatory codes

Required profile

• Matriculation certificate (required)
• Strong administrative skills and good relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to multi-function across the wider team
• Advantage: system knowledge of Omunet/OMP/BANCS and Hyphen
