Senior Administrator – Construction Safety & Documentation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to support Commissioning and Electrical Safe Systems of Work (LOTO) teams on large‑scale construction projects in the UAE. The role focuses on maintaining safety documentation, permits and project records while ensuring compliance with site safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safety documentation, permits, registers and project records.
• Support Commissioning and LOTO teams with administrative processes.
• Track audits, inspections and follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate documentation across construction teams.
• Ensure document accuracy and compliance with project standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in construction or industrial administration.
• Experience with safety documentation and permit systems.
• Knowledge of LOTO procedures.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Safety, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
