Senior Accounts Manager

About the role

The Senior Accounts Manager will lead the Campaign Management function within the Alternative Revenue division, overseeing the delivery, optimisation and governance of Retail Media campaigns across digital and in‑store channels. Reporting to Client Success, the role translates commercial agreements into scalable campaign models that drive revenue, client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of all Retail Media formats, aligning campaign plans with service level agreements and revenue recognition timelines.
• Define and embed execution standards, quality‑assurance protocols, performance benchmarks and reporting cadences, ensuring audit‑ready documentation and data‑privacy compliance.
• Monitor portfolio‑level performance against KPIs, implement structured optimisation frameworks and collaborate with Data Monetisation to produce insight‑driven performance reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Creative, Operations and Data—to guarantee seamless campaign execution and timely delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by evolving workflows, automation and tooling to support scale and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale retail or digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate client objectives into executable plans.
• Excellent governance and risk‑management skills, ensuring compliance with privacy and platform standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence in a fast‑moving environment.
