Senior Account Manager

About the role

This role manages an assigned vendor portfolio and drives commercial growth across the channel. The focus is on building strong vendor, reseller, and internal relationships, then turning opportunities into profitable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full opportunity lifecycle from demand generation to order closure.
• Engage resellers and vendors to identify, qualify, and develop new business.
• Handle pricing, deal registration, special pricing requests, stock planning, and commercial approvals.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and keep opportunities moving through the sales cycle.
• Support vendor alignment, reseller enablement, revenue growth, profitability, and market‑share targets.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to secure commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• 5–8 years’ experience in IT distribution, vendor management, channel sales, business development, account management, or product sales.
• Experience working with OEM vendors, reseller partners, and enterprise customers.
• Strong track record managing strategic opportunities and complex sales cycles.
• Good understanding of indirect sales channels and distributor business models.
• Experience in client computing, infrastructure, software, cloud, networking, or enterprise technology markets.
